firmlist provides access to UK Companies House public data through a searchable interface and data export functionality. The data is sourced from official Companies House publications.

3. Use of Data

The data provided through our Service is derived from public records. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the data complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

You may not:

• Use the data for unlawful purposes
• Resell or redistribute bulk data without prior agreement
• Attempt to identify individuals from anonymised data
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload our servers

4. Payment Terms

Data exports are charged on a per-record basis. Current pricing is displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. The official source of Companies House data is the Companies House website.

6. Limitation of Liability

firmlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
